Please consider your order delivered on the day you requested if you receive a confirmation. If we have any difficulties with your order, we will contact you by telephone and/or e-mail.
Due to limited availability of florists open Sunday, we can not guarantee delivery on Sunday. However, Monday will need to be an option for delivery if Sunday is not available. For deliveries on Sundays, you must place the order on Fridays.
FLORAL ORDER DELIVERY TIMES
Most florist shops make deliveries during normal business hours (9 AM to 6 PM). Outside of the above situations we are unable to guarantee delivery request for a special time or within an hourly range unless verbally agreed.Request may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery with verbal confirmation, but they can not be guaranteed. Please note that additional delivery specifications such as ” Delivery by 10 am if placed into special instruction may incur an additional charge. However, since we do not know each florist’s delivery schedule for a particular day, we will be unable to guarantee delivery requests for a specific time or within an hourly range unless verbally agreed. Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery with a verbal confirmation, but they cannot be guaranteed without an additional fee required for special delivery.
Changes to address information or incorrect addresses after the order has been placed resulting in a re-delivery will be subject a $10.00 charge.
WHEN THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME
The florist may choose to leave the arrangement with a neighbor or manager and attach a note to the recipient’s door stating who accepted the arrangement on their behalf; or if the area is secure, to leave the arrangement at the door. The florist may also leave a note on the recipient’s door asking the recipient to call the florist’s shop and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. Another option is calling the recipient first to arrange a delivery time. If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace. Incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may delay delivery. Most florists employ professional delivery personnel who will find the best delivery choice for your special gift.
DELIVERY TO SCHOOLS
There are issues with deliveries to schools that customers should be aware off, floral orders are delivered to the office, sometimes the office does not notify the recipient, that a floral orders is in the school, often times on holidays such as Valentines day the office will refuse the delivery. It is the policy La Vie En Rose NK that when we arrive at the school with the flowers our obligation is finished. That is if the flowers do not make it to recipient we still need to be paid.
DELIVERY TO HOTELS
Hotels have special issues in sending flowers to a guest. First the guest may not have checked in at the time the gift arrives. Secondly, many times guests are not registered under their name. When sending flowers to a hotel guest it is best if you give us the room number, arrival date and time, cell phone of the guest, any other names that they may be checked in under. We are not allowed to deliver to the guest’s room and we must leave them with the bell man or receptionist, many times we may need to tip the bell man – if so an additional charge will added to your bill. Our responsibility ends at the time the flowers have been delivered to the hotel, If the flowers are never delivered by the hotel to your recipient you will still need to pay for the flowers.
VALENTINE’S & MOTHER’S DAY
Due to the high demand of Valentine’s & Mother’s Day delivery, we can not guarantee any specific timed delivery requests. All orders will be delivered by 5pm to businesses and by 9pm to residences. Delivery confirmation’s are not available until same day the date of delivery. During this holidays, deliveries may be made as late as 9pm. For business deliveries, if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be attempted the next business day. Basic delivery fees will be applied and charged for re-delivery.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please choose carefully as we will not be able to offer refund or exchange on any La Vie En Rose NK Flower Arrangements due to simple change of mind or failure to observe shipping information.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
